CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH IS HEALTH OF THE HEART AS WELL AS THE BLOOD VESSELS. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE PROPER BLOOD SUPPLY TO MANY ORGANS TO KEEP YOU WITH GOOD HEALTH. IT IS IMPORTANT TO EXERCISE AT LEAST 20 MINUTES A DAY SO OUR HEARTS CAN PUMP BLOOD EASIER. THE HEART IS A MUSCLE WHICH PUMPS BLOOD TO VARIOUS ORGANS. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE TO THE HEART, THEN OTHER ORGANS ALSO GET AFFECTED. IN CASE THE HEART MUSCLE FAILS TO FUNCTION, THEN WE DIE. THREE MAIN EXERCISES THAT ANYONE CAN DO IS EITHER WALK, RUN, OR EVEN PLAY A SPORT. ANY OF THESE EXERCISES CAN KEEP OUR HEARTS PUMPING AND OUR BLOOD FLOWING.

In out P.E. class we always get our daily workout. We always run, walk, or just warm up. One way to stay healthy during the summer is to continue this daily routine. Eating healthy is also a big part in cardio because it gives you energy. We can help people by being a role model and showing them what's good to eat and what's not. This is a big part in cardio because it is all based on your heart, in which your heart is the most important because it keeps you alive. This is my opinion in how to keep you heart going.
